FOLAMOUR

B2b

For more than 10 years, the French producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Folamour has performed all over the world.

His musicality and talent have taken him to the biggest international festivals, such as Tomorrowland, Glastonbury and Coachella, to name a few. With a historic Boiler Room in 2019 and another more recent one destined to become iconic, it has already made dancefloor dance from Australia to England, passing through the United States and the Netherlands, and has walked on prestigious stages such as the Olympia in Paris, the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels and the Roundhouse in Sydney.

Since the launch of his first album in 2017, Folamour has exceeded 170 million streams on all platforms, with singles that have collected more than 20 million listenings on Spotify alone. As a producer, he has always tried to offer a unique musical vision, guided by groove and deeply rooted in soul, funk, disco, afrobeat and pop.

His creations transmit unity, tolerance, sharing and freedom, central elements of his sound universe. In 2023, he even wrote a manifesto stating:

“This is a manifesto of my love for free humanity, of my affection for those sparks that arise from the encounter between people. When we are open to others, we can enhance friendship and sharing, which only strengthen us.”

This text became the introduction to his live sets, where the energy of connecting with the audience is tangible and profound.

A leading figure on the French electronic scene, Folamour constantly explores his influences in search of the perfect balance between the music he loves to listen to and the music he loves to play. In the end, he is best known for his sunny and energetic sets and for his iconic bucket hat, now as inseparable as his smile.

His new single stems from a poem written years ago, destined sooner or later to be transformed into music. In this track, Folamour recalls his youth and the difficulty of finding a place in the world. It's impossible to resist this house beat, where bright chords of synth, piano and guitar are intertwined with a deep and introspective spoken word. An invitation to always follow the light that brings us to the dance floor, where we will all dance together.

Folamour seeks the sacred union between dark emotions and shared joy, between the solitude of musical production and the collective energy of the DJ who carries the audience with him. The result is a track that transmits hope, with an irresistible groove that goes straight to the stomach.

“It's incredible to see how house music can dig into deep emotions, sometimes even heavy ones, to transform them into something joyful.”
